getting sick will kill you if you place your faith in the medical system

Bless you for replying. I feel we can only swap notes, what has happened is horrendous! I have lost so many friends due to the regulations, and to be honest, I have become quite ambivalent about whether I live or die.
Gov. Sununnu here in NH had approved a house bill basically telling doctors can prescribe as they see fit with no reprucussions from the state, But seems nobody is taking note of it. bad news travels fast, good news? I don't think it travels at all.
Regardless, what I need to know is if there are any class action suits against this travesty. Or is everyone too afraid to go up against the Gov. over what so many clearly see as wrong.
Maybe they will after they watch their Mother die a slow painful death from cancer, while being read the riot act by the VNA over how they're afraid to give this octogenarian more than four 5mg oxycodone, for fear or her becoming addicted.
It was as much pain for me dealing with her painful passing for nearly three months.
   Lest I digress.
I need to hear about some legal action some law firm with the balls to stand up to the government and say, "Enough is enough!" and you know damn well, I will be on the top of the list in any legal action. That is of course, if I am still alive.
so, let's keep in touch if we hear anything promising in the future,,, and not give up the fight, and let them win, and kill us all off. It's not the first time this has happened, History shows us time and again where genoside was perpetuated by the Govermant. It's happening all over again.

letter to insurance

 J,

I know about pain solutions as well. just another detox, not a pain management facility.... in fact, the "New" PA-C (not MD) is a transfer from pain solutions. and as with all so-called pain management facilities in NH..... they are all just detox facilities.
I believe I might stand a better chance for competent care at a Boston Hospital specializing in Phantom Limb Pain, a relatively nitch medical malady for which little is known. I would not believe anyone claiming it is what I say it is, because most survivors recover eventually. But, not all. Some, Never! Lucky me.
It's tragic that the best amputee hospitals are located in other parts of the country or are military only, but much study has been made recently with the number of amputees the military is providing these days, and new treatments. All of which I am open too receiving.
I don't like being treated like a drug seeking addict, however, I dislike even more all the screaming, for hours, every week lately. In fact, the BEAS (Bureau of Elderly and Adult Services) has launched an investigation after numerous complaints for my neighbors claiming I am screaming for 20hrs at a time (Actually 28+hrs).
   This is not make believe!!!
and now I am developing all kinds of "New" medical issues due to my revised lifestyle.
If I were more of a conspiracy Theorist, I would say it's almost as if the Government wants all disabled people dead. (Google it... it's a thing)
With that, I will search out any professional Medical Doctor willing to take on my case... or at least I will die trying.
I will of course contact you for any assistance I will need with transportation etc. Possibly a newer vehicle.

 Thank you,
Sincerely,
E Kei

I am the foremost Authority on this subject, not by choice. Those who are forced to live like this, stay in bed all day, and do very little.
They can't. If I wish to LIVE my life, best I can, I need medically supervised medication.

PS: I would be more than "Willing" to stay at GSPA, if they would hire a MD Doctor, and were "Willing" to treat pain. Not detox patients. I was forced to quit cold turkey... it was nothing in comparison to screaming at the top of my lungs for hours on end.

   NO SHIT

Feb 2021 still alive!

 Damn!

I would love to be an advocate.... but lately, with this irrational reduction
in pain management medication, I am lucky to advocate my way to the toilet!

seriously, I could write a book of this current politically correct, ridiculous
unnecessary torturing of legitimate pain patients!
the NEW method of reducing pain patients, either thru torture, murder, or suicide,
is to now reduce their ability to manage daily tasks, then send in the "bureau" with their clipboards and charts, documenting the patient's inability to manage their lives, (Now that the Doctor has reduced a disable person's ability to manage even the most basic tasks, such as taking the trash out, or cleaning up after their TV dinner).
And after carful calculations, the teams, develops a "Plan" to assist the patients, buy recommending a "Facility". Where a patient's medication can be "Monitored" and carefully doled out as the "Facility" deems appropriate.

EXACTLY what the DEA, CDC, and those who control what Doctors can and can't due. right down to the board-room executives and their Lawyers, suggest, at the bottom-line recommends of what to do with patients that require more than the 90 MME's MAX (written at the time.)
but yes, that was the bottom line...
"Get them into a facility"

sincerely,
E. K****

Almost there!!!

Why write a blog? cause your so smart and you want to help people? Haa-Ha. of maybe just to get it all out? Well, for me it's chronicling a problem in America today... for the disabled. Primarily the war on drugs and opioids.

so for no particular reason I will tell you what I learned this thanksgiving...

Folks,
I am writing this to my PA-C (latest henchmen) at GSPA, because I was completely unable to make my last appointment. In fact, I don't go anywhere. I can't

Sunday, rough night, not the worse, but I am a little sore from the contractions my body goes thru with each electrical shock. Life goes on. I will call early Monday morning to set up a time for a visit... or I should say, "As soon as I am able". While I understand the need to reduce everybody's pain medication, (for some reason), I have to say, for me, it's greatly diminished the quality of life, and more recently taken effect on my physical abilities. This Thanksgiving people asked how much weight I lost, and without saying as much, wondered about my physical health. Why are we as a society so afraid to approach the subject of death? Clearly, I understood they were also as worried about how poorly I look and am doing now that pain is a daily combatant. Like a dying dog, I don't run and play anymore. I just lie in bed, and now the consequences are obvious to anyone who seen my decline in this past year, See you soon, God willing. Edward Keith

I did see a few people this thanksgiving, and didn't like anything I heard! THIS, the newest attack on pain patients, I heard last week.... Bob, a friend who is disabled, been on pain meds for years and was active. He went thru this "REDUCE PAIN PATIENTS MEDICATION" approximately a year before me. and now...after his life has become less manageable (after med reductions), and he is now housebound...they did a wellness check.   Guess what?
The powers that be, are now trying to section him!!!   Doctors are really going out of their way to help patients these days!
My Uncle tells me, "Do NOT involve any of these so-called Helper bees, ie, doctors lawyers' police, etc. because they will only make you miserable. His wife, 94 yrs. old... never sees a doctor, and I am sure she is not in perfect health, but she is still alive...and most of all, happy.
   I am NOT happy.
and here's the sad part.... the very few, who legitimately do want to help, cannot. Their hands are tied. Even with their best efforts, there is only so much a person can do with such powerful opposition.
On that bombshell, I bid you all good day, I have much to consider,

 thanks for trying,

And that is what I learned... so if you are disabled>or know someone, be careful what you say. I will be used to incarcerate you. even if you are being told, "We're here to help you"

NOT DEAD YET! surprise

Hello, I am writing this in a mental fog this afternoon, after 13hrs of sleepless sever lightening strike pain, but I feel I must say it, because there are people who are not in touch with my reality...in fact some believe I "Exaggerate" my pain.  Including some medical professionals. I sent this letter to my current ARPN, who has once again reduced my medications to in fact, less than half.

Friday. I began experiencing breakthrough pain shortly after our last meeting, so when I returned home, I went immediately to bed and rested. The pain intensified at 9pm.My Rt kneecap was assaulted with sharp electrical shocks three zaps in rapid succession, every 4 seconds. This continued for 13hrs, and finally, I got three hours of sleep. I am physically and emotionally wiped out, yet I have to eat and attend my responsibilities. I hoped this would have reduced in the past 90+ days, but that is not the case. PLEASE ask around for any alternative pain abatement protocol. This was a new high having THREE break-thru episodes lasting over ten hours each in one week, and frankly each time I worry if it will be the last time. It really is that horrific Please help me.

well, it is a seemingly beautiful day, I had plans. I am very hungry but physically limited to just how well I can perform daily living tasks. I know I cannot take any unnecessary chances as I am alone here, and cannot afford a dangerous fall. Of course, I will live, until I can't, but know this recent change to my health care has had enormous negative consequences.
PLEASE, any help in finding a medical professional or care team that can take me off the strings of medical puppetry (ineffective medications), and restore a quality of life to where I can get back to being a productive valued member of society...give my live restored meaning....do try. I work on this whenever time allows, but at 4-6hrs daily, I am falling far behind on even the most basic of human needs we take advantage of, believe me, just being able to do want you need, when you need to do it is so underrated. I cannot even make a small meal.

I am sure there is something that can be done. but who will step up?

kill all the irrelevant people, have your Doctor do it!!

what have you been doing with yourself? I haven't been very lucky at sleeping...a lot of pain everyone has it, but there is little help for us these days. Covid and opiode being enemies of the Sate

if your not careful you will end up in a rehab/nursing home like "Town and Country" in Lowell where you will definitely contract COVID...I guess? eating and farting is probably all you can do. but at least you have a half change of surviving
Me?  Ha Haa. doctors are being real shitty. they do not give your prescriptions any more, they fax them to the Pharmacy, so you can't even see how fucked up the refill dates are. Mine is going on 33 days and still nothing (on a 28 day refill)
also, they send an email for a confirmation you will make the appointment on time, a week early!. question: if the appointment is a 2:30, why must I check in by 2:15...and at what point am I technically late? and then, why do I have to wait in the waiting room for 50 minutes and then in the exam room for another 20 minutes? At what point are THEY late?
and I predict...yes, I said it...we will have to get a covid test every month two days prior to our appointment!!!
anything and everything they can do to make it damn near impossible to get treated (poorly).
rather talk on the on the video, but this works.
you can hate me,  it's easier.

phantom pain lives again

Wednesday, I try my best to be positive while keeping a realistic attitude about my disability, But I am failing, When we discussed a reduction in pain medication, I already done this in the past, several times. But I tried to say to myself, "This time will be different",
Sadly, it has not. The dosage or Oxcodone (30mg generic, 80% effective) I received was nearly effective, as the medication claims to give 4-6hrs of relief, and at 5 per day, there were many times when the pain took over. Now, being on a reduced dosage and asking it to relieve as well,,, it simply cannot,
the Methadone, again at 5 perday was effective at keeping the withdrawal effects of opiodes at bay. Now at 4.2 pills per day, or 42mgs, I do get to experience early withdrawal symptoms practically everyday,
I thought, "an adjustment period will be necessary", The only adjustment I have made is choosing what day and for how many hours I can give pain a good fight. I have now reduced my days to every other day, and for only 4-6hrs. It's very difficult to get all the necessary things a person must do to stay healthy in that short a time frame.
Being a "People pleaser" personality I tend to agree to things that I know to be counter-productive and at times even wrong, that is why I decided to take this time to write my thoughts and feelings,

E-36 mobility scooter Brake issue

OK, so this e-36 E-48 etc. three wheel scooter is fast, faster than a wheelchair, BUT If you live in hill country it will try to kill you...If you have one you know exactly what I am talking about. I had mine for a few years and at one point I just wanted to give it away, and they are not cheap, so here's what I did.
so, what I decided to do is put a temporary kill switch on the handlebars to shut off motor for coasting downhill. release the button and the automatic electric brake will stop you...if that's what you want.
But who wants to stop, when they simply wish to not go as fast down a hill?
well, that's what the stock E-36 does. Stop and go all the way down a steep hill, and it almost threw me over the handlebars, or at least slid my ass off the seat. STUPID design...but then again, the hand brakes can barely stop a moving scooter...at my age.

It is not an electro brake as in a wheelchair, or I could had removed that easily,

again, if you could ask an engineer or technician how a person can bypass this "Auto-Brake" system and yes, violate their warantee, I would appreciate it,
I am sure with a little effort you could find me an answer. I'm thinking a wire in the throttle? a different hand throttle? so off doesn't mean brake.

another pain patient .... who cares?

Well, nothing new to read here. as everyone knows, no matter what chronic illness or malady you live with, NO pain doctor will prescribe any opioids...even if they work for you. Yes, you can read all about it. Opioids are bad. Get the facts. It's PROPAGANDA. and if you buy into it, you're a fool.
but what about these pain patients, that until now were treated with some dignity and/or respect? what about them now. unless it's you, those 2% of the population are screwed. watch the suicide rates climb and sure, blame that too on opiods. It's easy!
I believe this will all come out one day, and everything will be OK...not in ours lives! but maybe by the time they too live in unretractable pain things might change.
Listen, someone make s a pill that is somewhat effective, let's put an end to that! that will cure everything,
Lucky for them pain patients don't live all that long. I heard of someone else who believed all pain patients (And Jews, and society detriments) should all be extinguished. That worked out great, almost as well as prohibition.
so how long can the silent suffers stay silent? It's a real problem when some folks speak up, so just shut your mouth and as long as it doesn't effect YOU personally, go along with it all.
It will make your life easier.
How's that working out for you?

CVS sux

I was just on Discus something like that. wrote a post and could not even post it!
so rather than throw it away,,,and I should cause I am as mad as hell.
here it is for your perusal.

I agree with everything I read here so far, I can attest to seeing this crap first hand, I been having problems with my local CVS ever since an Indian pharmacist took over (You know, the stereotypical) dark skinned fella, nobody can understand. anyways' last week he told me he didn't care when my Doctor wrote on the RX about when HE wants it to be filled...he wouldn't do it! Now he's the hero! I went an extra few days in unnecessary increased pain, that was discussed and rectified by my Doctor, so, is that right I ask? Or how about, I cannot even drop off any pain RX within 24hrs of refill date. So, ..... I can drive by and say, "call me when it's ready" (anymore) I have to make an extra trip, 24hrs prior to refill date. If I didn't absolutely need pain relief, I wouldn't even bother with the Bullshit patients are being put thru now days. I have to piss in a cup, like a criminal now! I know I'm not saying anything everyone already knows. It just sucks, and I cannot wish the screaming, debilitating stabbing electrocution, pain away. I am getting to old and weak to keep up with this charade. So what? street drugs? death? I'm thinking alcohol. Poor solution to what already can be dealt with efficiently. as it has for over ten years now! Shame on you Government. for shame.

PLP.

Dr. D. Good visit. I am sorry to report to you after leaving your office, then visiting my Mom at the nursing home, I came home to begin a 17hr marathon of screaming. I just got out of bed now and am so wiped out from exhaustion that I am having a hard time addressing what I need to do. I know I haven't written you every time I have a PLP attack so I thought we should begin recording some sort of record. I did take two extra Oxycodone 15 mg, and three more methadone 10gs during this recent episode, and want to remind you that it is not drug seeking behavior, rather pain relief behavior. again, just a reminder, I have been on  schedule of chronic pain medication, like oxycodone, and had additional strong medication for acute breakthru pain, like hydromorphone, or fentanyl sublingual. Till more recently, a stronger course or chronic pain which did in fact reduce bouts of acute pain, which I did tolerate well. all I can do is relate treatments I been exposed to and their relative effectiveness. And report where I am today. Finally the pain has abated, and left me both physically and emotionally drained. This generally takes 1-2 days to recuperate from. Unless another breakthrough episode begins before that, and lately, that is not out of the realm of my reality. I am sorry to be such a burden of a patient especially in the opioid crisis. It was never my plan. I just am the luckiest guy in the world. Thanks for listening. Just a FYI.

anyone else dying from health care? who are we saving?

as some may know....I been severely disabled at work years back, and since then having been living as best I can with the help of a few good doctors. But that was before our Goverment launched it's new attack on "Opioids" which is comical because it's been drugs that killed people, and just like guns, they are only dangerous in the wrong hands. anyways. I will be gone soon. but Bloggs last forever...I been told. so here's a copy of a letter I just sent to my HMO.

How do I send an attachment? I received a letter from NHHF june 26 2017 stating dr dixit will not be part of nhhf 11/30/2017. since that date I have been calling doctor after doctor and getting nowhere as far as finding a replacement PCP. from NHHF website, and from the yellow pages, and from friends and family, and with many case workers. It seems all case workers can do is provide me with sites that list doctors, and leave it to me to call and secure an interview. Last year it took me, ME alone 6 months to find a doctor, I really could use a little help now that my medical conditions have advanced. I live a lone and despite having a life alert pennant there is no one here to push the button should I become unconscious. For over 10yrs I been doing very well.....but now, with a doctor that is not interested in extra work, or cares for my quality of  life. That has greatly diminished.
Now I am calling doctors well over an hour away to search for a primary care doctor that will at least treat me as poorly as my current doctor is....let alone as good as previous doctors did.
Please advise, You could prescreen doctors to assure they are in fact participating in NHHF, and are in fact currently accepting new patients, and are able to work with a man who has been literally cut in half and is just trying to have a little dignity in his own inevitable death.
I would appreciate that.

Let's kill all the disabled! Didn't Hitler say something similar? Hey, I didn't plan to get crushed, and these so called demon opioids only treat pain..... I guess maybe, If I weren't disabled, and I took half the bottle, I might get high? But as for now, I am in screaming pain.
it's bad enough when you can't get more than two or three hours sleep.... at one time, but to be screaming for 6 to 18hrs is just plain cruel.

I wonder how many people I saved from over-dosing.

pain before doctors or after?

 tag, you're it!    JK.

Dr dickzit is suppose to be both, but turns out to be neither.
Love it!

and it wasn't easy to get him.

now, I am still looking for both, because.

My PCP has to accept NH WELLSENSE
and my pain provider needs to accept WORKMENS COMP INSURANCE.

but we both know that already,

for the over past 10yrs....all I ever needed was a pain care doctor.

and before injury...I didn't need any doctor.

but remove pain care..... remove having healthy lifestyle and what you get is
a whole host of other medical maladies. Obesity, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, etc, etc.

so, to say one is not related to the other is wrong. I would need no doctor if I never got injured, and if pain was managed by a competent pain care specialist, as it has been for over 10yrs...I probably would not need any other doctor. (PCP)

But, being restricted due to unmanaged pain, will cause other medical problems.

that is exactly what has happened. I feel it is part of a lager plan. This continued course of action will surely result in my death. I can feel myself inching toward the grave daily.

so, YES, please assist me in my search for a better pain care provider. There are many more providers in MA. than NH. and all I ever had seen for pain care in MA. was, "Internal Medicine Doctors".  my doctors recommended medications are not the ridiculous dosages I thought they were as I found out thru research. Double what I been prescribed is not uncommon, nor what I need. Or every asked for, My records show I have initiated reductions in medications throughout the years, myself, for fear of bodily damage and long tern effects.

so, How you doing?

Partying all night with PAIN

to the NH Board of Medicine.........
I have written in on a few occasions with questions and concerns and only received a simple letter back saying there was nothing they or anyone there could do to help me, more or less.
without taking too much of your time, I have a few simple questions. Why, after nearly 15yrs have Doctors stopped treating my pain? Not only can they not prescribe a quarter of the dosage (so they say), that after 15yrs and 6 professional Doctors concurred was appropriate?           15yrs of fairly decent care, now to very little relief resulting in severe acute intermittent pain, that results in long term chronic recovery pain. I am in sever pain as I write this, and have no medication at all for break-thru pain.
My concern is that many Doctors do not know what to do, as the "New" laws have been enacted and revised. And the Fact that when I do make an appointment I present fairly well. They do not see the hours of intense stabbing, burning, etc, etc. Pain I'm sure you hear too often.
So, what exactly is this New limit of Mgs per day? My Doctor tells me at 75mgs (10mg Methadone 3x, and 15mg Oxycodone 3x) "I am already over the max" and cannot help me any more than that! However, I read 120mgs was the cap before certain other precautions and steps had to be in place. (Random urines, documentation, monthly office visits, etc.) But basically 120mgs, not the 75 she claims,
Second, can my new Doctor change my medication without telling me? He swapped the 15mg IR for 15mg T12. I sadly know about medication since I was crushed in a car crusher and became a bi-lateral dis-articulated at the hips person. I wish I never knew anything about medication. But it seems two long acting medications and nothing for break-thru pain is a step backwards. I won't even bore you with inadequate dose age requirements for sever phantom limb loss pain, or what I had been prescribed in past years.
So, what can a Patient do about Doctors that mislead/ lie to patients? Are they accountable to anyone? I know when I worked, I was always accountable to someone...at the very least the customer.
To recap: what is the "Actual max dosage...if any"  (you can point me to a reference) and two, "Can a Doctor change your medications without consult?"

Dick, Mr. Dumass, I realize you are not obligated to tell me anything that is not part of you job,,,,and if that is the case...would you please tell me just who is and where I can find them.

Thank you very much for your time, and again in advance for any assistance you can afford me. I been basically without pain relief for seven months, and I would like to continue to remain in my home, independent. Not in a nursing home, or worse.
it's been very hard for me.

Will they reply? HAAA. if so, it will be with a "nothing" of any help for sure.  IF you are dieing of pain, that will make them happy.  this is bullshit and if I weren't screaming every 20 seconds, I would expound on it.

for now, this is it. I will tag, Label, and revise at a latter date cause this sucks and soon, it won't even matter, because we all die in the end.

what are you going to do with the limited hours/days left oin your life?
Me... I guess I will scream a twitch.

Please...if you like, add some comments.

1:33am. Pain and Suffering

I am writing to all/ anybody in Government positions about the many being made to suffer in an effort to help junkies from overdosing...or that's what they called it in my day. NOW, in this Political Correct world...we have to be empathetic....it's not their fault, It's the crack pipes fault, or the syringes fault.
Ask ANY addict, and they will tell you, "It's not my fault"  Right? Let's give em a trophy...ya, know. Just for participating.
so hers' my last poison pen to a government employee that did actually write back to me. WOW,

Dear XXXX,

thank you for having the courtesy to write back. it is not common. I notice people don't care about pain...till they have it.

What I am searching for is the truth about this new B/S about "Reducing heroin overdoses by limiting pain medication for patients". I ask every Doctor, Lawyer and Indian Chief and I get a different answer from each.
My current Doctor tells me at 3 10mg methadone pills and 3 15mg Oxycodone pills per day...I am at the maximum she can prescribe?

That's one of each pill every 8hrs, where the manufacturer themselves claims the medication is only adequate for 4-6hrs relief. So how is it supposed to last 8 hours? It doesn't, and the dosage itself is completely inadequate. Less than half, of what nearly worked before.

How do I know this?  For over ten years I been on well over twice that dosage. I cut back as much as I could tolerate, under my Doctors supervision, but never did I receive such small dose as I do today. I am up all night. as soon as I take my meds, within the hour I go to sleep....but only for four hours. Then I get up, eat, do a little something...and then; the pain is back, BUT, I have to wait 2 or 3 hours because it is too early to take my next dose.
 IN PAIN,
like I am right now, but I can't take another dose till  6am, and this pain is crazy shooting into my left foot, twitching, screeching pain, electrical, every 10 minutes or so, and I am so tired. six months of tired.

I know this is irrelevant to you, But, can you direct me to the truth on why I (And I'm sure many others) are being punished for getting old and/or disabled?
WHERE is this, maximum dosage B/S CHART? Is it even real? are doctors being overruled by politiacians?  I mean I trust my doctors, I can't say the same for the Government, especially with this next election?
What has this world come too? Dog and Pony show for POTUS?  DEA, telling pain patients that if they can deal with intolerable pain daily, less people will overdose on heroin?

Is it me? does nothing make sense anymore?

Please, if you can, tell me where I can find out why I am being punished because of some new rules?

where can I read these rules?
Please.
I don't know how anyone would want to live like this.

2:20am opiode prescribing laws NH

I am up again all night struggling with vocal pain, that's pain so bad, you can't help being vocal (Screaming). It's been bad since my trauma, but now with no doctor able, it seems to continue with pain meds, it's at an all time high. I am trying to figure out why anybody would want to live like this? And what makes it harder, is I  know this pain is manageable...but I guess not by 2016 standards.
I got nobody to talk to about this, Nobody reads my blog. The fact is, Nobody cares about other peoples pain. Certainly not the medical profession. They don't know what they're doing. Maybe that's why they call it, "Practicing" Medicine.
The medical care system is a joke to those of us who need it most.
But tonight I am not laughing.
I am crying.

Goverment in your Doctors office

I recently wrote a letter to NH Board of Medicine, since I cannot get any relief from chronic pain after haveing varios levels of relief for over 10 yrs, w/o issue. as follows.....
Sirs,
I was involved in a workplace trauma a long while back but still suffer from sever acute Phantom pain, Episodes lasting from 1-2hrs to as long as 18-24hrs, where I scream every 5 -25minutes. For this pain I have been on rather large doses of various medications some involving opiods. While I have reduced over all intake I realize none of these medications are very good for me or my kidneys and other organs. I have stopped before withdrawal was nothing compared to the pain that followed, and as I said reduced a great deal with my physicians help, but the trade off is a far less quality of life.
I will spare you the great details of just how miserable life can be as a high level double amputee,(No legs at all) confined to a wheelchair in constant chronic pain punctuated with periods of intense phantom pain. I also will tell you I completely sympathize with trying to end the opiod crisis, and three my friends children have died from this epidemic. Last I can sadly say I don't have any solution on how to end this tragedy. What I can't understand is why, thinking if we stop doctors from prescribing pain medication to patients who need relief from a life of chronic agony, that will end street drug use? They are not the same issues.
Now, I become a victim. I cannot find any doctor that can continue prescribing relief for my pain, and as consequence, my life has been reduced to being a person who lies in bed 18hrs a day, I try but in pain, can't do much else. I was active. Took care of myself. Oil Painted. Was active in the community. Rode my handcycle. Now, the Government is sitting in my doctors office, telling them what they can and can't do to help me. Many Doctors what too help, but explain, they simply can't. I  thought THEY went to school, Paid their tuition, and knew what was best for the PATIENT, but now it seems the Government knows what's best.
Where's your degree?
I am so screwed with this pain. and if I am......how many, countless others are too?
Grandmothers, Fathers, friends and neighbors. You might not even know it, you will only wonder why you
haven't seen them lately. Until it hits home.
Just who do you think your helping? The numbers don't add up. Deaths have NOT gone down.
What do I have to do now? Go to the streets for pain relief? That makes as much sense as governing Doctors.
Yes, there are bad doctors. I know because I had them. For the most part, there's many good educated doctors.
Treated me with respect and dignity, Explained what could go wrong with opiods, but understood, some pain
has to be dealt with harsher than others. I didn't "Plan" this. I wish I never went to work that day. but the pain doesn't care.
1% off all amputees are "Double" amputees. 1% of that 1% are high level double amputees. Bi-lateral Hip dis-articulation.
Did I ever want to know what that means? No. The point is, for the most part, you're doing the right thing. But how can
you lump all pain patients into one group of, "No more than 100units for no longer than 90 days"
Not like my legs are going to grow back....or this pain will go away....for 85% amputees, it does eventually.
I been waiting and praying and screaming...but it doesn't stop. It just goes from one leg to the other.
EVERY F/N DAY. It is sickening. who would want to live like this? This is not living, merely existing.
if that some days.
Any questions? Feel free to write me back. I'm not doing anything.

Goverment in the Doctors office

I been screaming in pain for the past four plus hours. This has been a regular thing since my needed pain medication has been reduced to nearly nothing.
My dog is very old ,blind and deaf. Today she went to the back yard pen and couldn't find her way back to the doggy door.
A lot of people say I should euthanize her, since she can run and have a quality of life, like a dog deserves. I have had many dogs, and they all die. They will let you know when it's "Time". It never makes it any easier. But for now, she eats, poops outside and isn't in any pain.
That's the real test. When she is in pain, I will know, and I will not let her suffer unnecessarily. She is 18yrs old, so it's not a matter of "Fixing her". She is simply old.
Did you know a person can be charged with cruelty to animals? and receive a stiff fine and possibly jail time? if you keep a dog alive when it is in pain?

Which is what had me thinking. I am in severe pain right now. I am, most every other night, screaming from severe, stabbing, shooting pain. Should I be euthanized? Why shouldn't a Doctor be fined or imprisoned for making me live in unnecessary pain?
If I were a dog, I would have been euthanized a while ago. A LONG while ago. Ya, they make wheelchairs for dogs, Similar to the one I am confined too. Yes, I have shit in the house several times. Also, my apatite isn't even as good as my dogs, And there is no doubt I am in critical pain daily.
So why am I not reviving medical treatment and am being made to stay alive in miserable pain? Why am I not being treated as well as we treat our family pets? And why is nobody held accountable for this lack of treatment I receive?
I have plenty of "Agencies" purported to have my best health as their priority interest, yet, here I am screaming, for five hours now. With nothing to treat this pain. This is bullshit! really.
And why I am the only person who can find a doctor? get an appointment? or take care of my needs? What? with all these agencies, nobody has to do shit to help me overcome the bureaucracy of red tape. All I get is the: what they can't do for me, What about what they can do for me? Tell me I can't get an appointment without my medical records? (I did, twice) Tell me, "Nobody can prescribe that amount of medication". When that much and more hasn't been an issue for over ten years, and most recently, a Doctor told me, "...It's not an unreasonable amount of medication, considering..."And, "We can send someone over to do very little for you...". (except take up my time) Honestly. the list of what they can't do, is longer than what they can.

If I were a dog, I would crawl off and die, except, a dog would be missed.

Now, I have appointments and obligations tomorrow, as most people do, But I am expected to be on point...even with little to no sleep the night before, I am also expected to call the doctors office 24hrs prior to missing any appointment. Or receive a bill.
let me ask, How the hell am I suppose to predict pain? and I will be up all night the day before an appointment. And these stupid doctors make the appointment the day my prescription runs out.
So, I better not run short or out, and miss my appointment, Because as if my life
isn't already now.......
    I'd be screwed!

727 transmission HELP!!!

I never write to the web for help, but since I am buying a Trans kit for my RV, I thought it wise to hear from the best (That's what I been told) somethign about crown source.
So, here it is. I have a 72 Coachman Class A w/ a 392 IH engine and their version of a 727 trans, in an IH case. A 727 kit will work for this rebuild right? My question is, should I rebuild this or is it "Over" for this trans...I know, "How the hell do you know? You can't see it. Here's what's happening, and NOBODY has a post on this issue, Runs and shifts nice. It just needs to be run in first, second and Drive, manually. It will not start off in "D" position. Once rolling, unless I make a complete stop, it's fine. It will roll in D, but on acceleration. I think it feels like it's in forward and reverse. at the least, not going anywhere. I know TH's and a bit on C-4,6 Nothing on 727, 904. except to R&R them
So, what gives? the prev. owner said he did not Kit -it, but there is no accumulator spring between it and the VB. Slight crap in the pan. typical looking insides. The no spring spooks me, and no forward in D, is not acceptable. It's a damn RV, not a 1/4 miler. Thanks for any help before I pick the right kit.

PS: anyone wise about getting answers on-line, please advise, I tried all the usual ways, Forums, Phone a friend, Web search, you tube.
